What will I learn? Join us for a daily conversation about what the judges for the National Press Photographers Association Best of Television contest are seeing.
We'll discuss:
- What impressed the judges
- Ethical issues that arise in this year's entries
- How the backpack journalist trend is affecting photojournalism
We'll archive each day's conversation, so you can access the replay at your convenience. By the end of the week, you'll have a collection of interviews you can use as training sessions for yourself, for your staff and for your classroom.
See the NPPA winners: As the judging unfolds this week, you can learn more about the winners and finalists in two ways:
-
Watch the winning videos on Poynter Online. The winners will be posted as they become available during the week.
- Read the judges' comments about each category and get an updated list of the winners and finalists at www.nppa.org.
