Wanda Lloyd is executive editor of the Montgomery (Ala.) Advertiser.

She leads the newsroom staff at the mid-sized daily newspaper in the capital city of Alabama. Her staff produces several products -- in print and online. In 2007, the paper started a quarterly magazine, Montgomery's Elite, targeted to women in Montgomery who live in upscale households.
