In Coaching Tomorrow's Journalists, you'll discover a variety of ways to capture the attention of rookie reporters and shape their training. You'll learn what to say (and what not to say) when you offer feedback about their work, and you'll have access to a network of colleagues who share your joys as well as your challenges in working with eager young journalists.
