Alex Laughlin is a social media editor at The Washington Post where she helps (wo)man the main social accounts. She is the co-founder and moderator of Pay Up, a Slack-based community dedicated to fostering conversation about the gender wage gap. Outside of work, she hosts and produces The Ladycast, a podcast where she interviews women about their lives and work.
