Fake grammar hides in such rules as "never split an infinitive" or "never end a sentence with a preposition."

There's another approach that offers great, practical promise to anyone who wants to work and live inside the English language--rhetorical grammar.

In this special Webinar in honor of National Grammar Day, we will explore new strategies with the author of The Glamour of Grammar, Roy Peter Clark.

Clark, one of the nation's top writing coaches, will show you how this approach will make your writing clear, reveal what is most important and make someone laugh or cry. He will show you how to turn your ideas into action, and improve the quality of your reading, your writing and your speaking.

What Will I Learn:
  • How to match your language to meet the needs and requirements of your language community
  • How to order your words for emphasis
  • How to climb up and down the ladder of language
  • How to unleash the associative power of language
Who Should Take this Course:

Anyone who wants to improve the quality of their reading, writing and speaking.
