OUR PARTNERS

Partners are very important to the success of News University. We work with a number of groups and associations to provide e-learning modules not only for their members but the entire world of journalism. NewsU takes the expertise and knowledge from journalism groups and helps them create effective, engaging and focused e-learning. These courses are another way to reach members beyond an annual workshop or convention. In addition, we work with professional trainers and coaches to create courses not only for newsrooms but for all NewsU participants.

There are two other important NewsU partnerships:

• The Knight Chairs in Journalism; we help share their teachings with a wider audience.
• TrainingWorks, a Knight-funded initiative that promotes the value of training to news organizations; we help this group collect and share training success stories.
